One of the manifestations of social policy of the enterprise can be considered an organization of food service on the territory of the refinery. Workers of technological workshops, operating on continuous schedule (shifts), repair, maintain and replacement staff of hazardous industries, as well as employees, working on capital repairs of process units, in accordance with the collective agreement, are given free hot meals, which workers may receive in one of five canteens once per shift.
