Yerkin Magauovich Rakhimbergenov is the Ombudsman of JSC NC KazMunayGas.
The Ombudsman is a person appointed by the Board of Directors of JSC NC KazMunayGas, whose role is to advise employees of the company who have applied to them and assist in resolving problematic issues of a social and labor nature, as well as compliance with the principles of the Code of Business Ethics by employees of the company.
KMG Code of Business Ethics clearly sets out the principles of non-discrimination by KMG employees and officials against anyone on the basis of racial, religious, national, sexual, political or other affiliation, social origin, property and official status, language of communication and other circumstances, as well as the granting of any privileges by individual employees based on these features.
